Refund policy
We have a 44-day return policy, which means you have 44 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s own expense.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
While the legal EU return period is 14 days, we go beyond that.
At León Águila, we offer a 44-day return period, giving you 30 extra days because we believe in the quality of our goods and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
As with all returns, the item must be:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
